Pay Participation Fees

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accept payments without a signed application on file. 
Payments submitted without a signed application will be returned by the same method received.

Before entering the online payment portal, please have:

• Your Site Number(s) – each Site is entered individually but can be paid together
• The fee due for each site
• A valid payment method (credit card or bank information)
